Reservations, pricing, weather, cancellation and groups.
How do I book a rental with Aquadock?
Book via the website or app: choose date, location, and equipment. You receive an access code by email or SMS.
How much does a rental cost?
It depends on several factors. Typically SUP boards: €12–18 per hour, €9–15 for each additional hour. Group options from €50. Prices include VAT; see the app for current details.
Can I book several kayaks or SUPs at once?
Yes — up to 10 units per booking. For groups, use one account; for events, contact us.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
Rentals in light rain are possible. In thunderstorms, cancellation and refund may be available. Check the weather forecast.

Safety and use
On-water rules, behaviour, emergencies and right of way.
Important: Before unlocking, read the full safety guide — with core rules, emergency contacts and return checklist.
Do I need prior experience to paddle SUP or kayak with Aquadock?
No, as long as you are reasonably fit. Useful briefings and tips are available on YouTube. Beginners: practise balance and paddle technique. Buoyancy aids are mandatory.
What safety rules apply on the water?
Keep to the right, give way to vessels, and cross behind others. As a beginner, stay close to shore. Avoid alcohol, watch for weather changes, and maintain appropriate safety distances from other users and obstacles at all times. Always wear a buoyancy aid and tell someone your route.
What should I bring or wear?
Wear functional, quick-drying clothing. Bring sunscreen, drinking water, and secure eyewear. We provide paddles and buoyancy aids. Extras: water-friendly shoes and a whistle for safety.
Can I store valuables safely?
Some stations have lockers. Use waterproof bags for items you bring. Aquadock is not liable for losses.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call the emergency number (112 in much of Europe). Stay calm, paddle toward shore, and signal with your arms or a whistle. Tips: practise self-rescue skills in advance, carry a waterproof phone, and know basic first aid such as CPR.
What right-of-way rules apply on the water?
Small craft such as SUPs or canoes give way to larger vessels. The overtaking craft must keep clear; commercial traffic has priority. Stay to the right in channels or outside them to avoid collisions. Mutual consideration applies.
What are typical risks in water sports?
Common risks: strong currents, sudden weather changes, hypothermia, collisions with obstacles or other users. Avoid shipping lanes, nature reserves, and areas with anglers. Use a leash on your board and check equipment before you go.
How should I behave near other craft?
Keep an appropriate distance from boats, ships, swimmers, and anglers at all times. Give way when a larger vessel approaches; avoid crossing in front of ships. Be quiet and considerate toward wildlife and others. When meeting others, signal your intentions clearly.
Equipment and care
What is included, after-use care and defects.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No — full equipment is included, enough to get started.
How do I care for the equipment after use?
Rinse with fresh water, dry, and store in the shade. Report damage; repairs are free except in cases of negligence.
What if the equipment is faulty?
Check before use and report via the app. Immediate replacement; product returns within 30 days.
